Carefully pack your return in the original packaging if possible. Include all tags and any accessories that came with the item. For Jewelry and Lingerie & Sleepwear, please ensure hygiene strips are intact.

We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions based on your location:

  • US Customers: Free return shipping via USPS
  • International Customers: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs via your preferred carrier

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:
