How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items
Carefully pack your return in the original packaging if possible. Include all tags and any accessories that came with the item. For Jewelry and Lingerie & Sleepwear, please ensure hygiene strips are intact.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions based on your location:
- US Customers: Free return shipping via USPS
- International Customers: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs via your preferred carrier
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Policy
